All incoming beans are graded under the CGC and ISO-9001 protocols at our HACCP-certified cleaning plant. Optical sorters, gravity tables, and metal detection keep purity ≥ 99 % and moisture ≤ 14 %. Each bag, tote, or bulk container ships with a CGC Certificate Final and a Bennett’s Beans lot-code for instant recall precision.

Sustainable Prairie Sourcing

Our growers in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Ontario use short-season cultivars bred for Canada’s cool climate, reducing irrigation and pesticide loads. By contracting directly with these farms, we secure stable premiums for producers while offering buyers a transparent, low-carbon footprint supply.
